General terms and conditions of business
1. General
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of our products via our online shop in the version valid at the time of the order. The information below is also provided in accordance with legal regulations for the business purpose of concluding a contract with customers of our online shop.

3. Subject of the contract and conclusion of the contract
Customers should refer to the relevant item description for the essential features of the goods we sell. The purchase of goods is initiated by clicking on a button that says “Add item to shopping cart”. After entering the information about the customer and delivery address, the customer is presented with a summary of their order again, including the data they provided. After confirming that you have read the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy, you submit an offer by clicking on a button that says “Order with payment”. We can accept the offer by delivering the ordered goods, but also by making a separate, informal declaration. If we do not accept the customer's offer, the contract will not be concluded. The contract will be accepted within 48 hours.
4. Correction of incorrect entries
As part of the order, the customer is presented with a summary of the goods he has ordered and the data he has entered before submitting his contractual declaration in order to be able to identify any incorrect entries. If there is actually an error, you can go to the previously visited input page and correct your entries by using the “Back” button on your browser or clicking on the “Your data” link at the top of the page.
If an item should be removed from the order, this can be done by clicking the “Back” button twice or by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” link at the top of the page and then by clicking on a link located behind the button with the symbol
hidden, effected.
5. Delivery
We hand over the goods to a shipping company that delivers the goods to the address specified by the buyer. The handover to the shipping company takes place within two to five working days - unless it is a PRE-SALE item. You can find the shipping costs in the product description.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
6. Pre-sale items
Returns are free of charge.
8. Payment
Customers can choose to pay by bank transfer (advance payment), PayPal, credit card or instant transfer. When paying by credit card, the credit card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
9. Language and contract text
The language available for concluding the contract is German. These general terms and conditions and legal information as well as the order data are stored by us after the contract has been concluded, but are not accessible to the customer/are sent to the customer via email with the order confirmation. The customer can - if desired - save or print out this information during the ordering process.
In addition, we recommend that you print out, save or otherwise archive the website displayed in our online shop before completing the order, which shows all the details of the respective order.
